I am a B. Pharma Graduate, with Post-Graduation in Marketing from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management and Research Studies, Mumbai, and currently Pursuing Ph. D from Mumbai University. I am a certified Soft Skill Trainer.
Joined academics as full time faculty in July 2010 as being faculty gives me the enjoyment of supervising and working with talented early career researchers, i.e. my young aspiring students, and also gives me an opportunity to get involved in the two-way process of learning and to guide students in coming up with creative & innovative ideas and solutions.

Research areas are in domain of International Business, Supply Chain Management and Marketing.
Currently, am engaged as Assistant Professor - Marketing and General Management at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research (VESIM), Mumbai from last 5 years and prior to academics have around 10 years of Corporate Experience. The last two assignments were in global markets in the Pharmaceutical Industry. During my corporate tenure I have worked in diverse areas, like International Business Development, Global Tendering, Vendor Selection/Management, Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural leadership, Warehouse Management, Team Mentoring and Product Management.
